We took a mini break from November but we are back with a bang for our end of year Black Label dinner. 

We will end the year with fine food and conversation at Pony Dining in The Rock. 

Highly rated and welcoming, Pony Dining is in the historic Rocks area. 

Three course menu: 
Starters to share 
Marinated Australian olives 
Flat bread, smoked eggplant, white bean dip * 
Burrata, prosciutto, charred cucumber, toasted grains, herb oil 
Paris sausage, onion relish 
Cured baby scallops, ginger, sesame, seaweed * 

Main course 
Pumpkin tortellini, sage, pine nuts, shaved pecorino * 
Salmon, crab stuffed zucchini flowers, tomato relish 
Spatchcock, charred leeks, black bean vinaigrette 
Black Angus sirloin | 250g grain fed | mushroom ketchup, egg 

Leaves and herbs, house vinaigrette 
Hand cut chips 

Roasted pineapple cheesecake, ginger nut biscuit, caramel, lime, mint * 
Hot chocolate pudding, orange compote, housemade hazelnut ice cream *
